These are troubled times (23.12.2020). Masks, illnesses and lockdowns. The global pandemic has caused quite a change in lifestyle for a lot of people. Many have time to take up new hobbies or devote more time to their existing interests.

Me… I’m an artist. I like drawing but I’ve been in a bit of a slump for the past year. I used the lockdown to binge watch M*A*S*H for probably the 5th time. Then I got to thinking… Are there any games of this franchise? I know it’s an old series but it’s not THAT old. Sure enough there is one.

It’s an Atari 2600 game, so it’s pretty basic. It has no real story or any of the recognizable characters, but it does call you Ferret-face at one point. So I’ve been in love with point and click adventure games since I first played Monkey Island on my cousins PC. I was 6 years old.

So why not combine all three interests? Let’s make a M*A*S*H point and click adventure game. And why stop there? M*A*S*H had 256 episodes in total. I’m not planning to match that but my goal is to make this a series of short games and maybe get some other people to make them to. Or at least contribute.
